Your site is one of the AU.* sites, and all of them are managed through a special master account (they are using Thermino software instead of our windows app and use a custom update script on the server that is tied to that special account). If you have specific updates (location, comment to put on the map), feel free to let us know what you want changed on it (you can email staff@netc.com with the site ID and the changes you want made) and we'll make sure to make those changes for you.
