I believe Microsoft has fallen off the deep end now in all areas. I own several Microsoft operating system laptops and even have two brand new OEM Windows 7 copies. I have long been a supporter of Microsoft going back to my early high school years. I have owned Windows starting with Windows 3.1 OS. I liked Apple more back then but knew they were too pricey for me. I regret not buying stock in Apple back then, I'd be rich if I had. I don't believe Apple's future is very bright, because I believe Google/Android is clearly taking over.

It's obvious to many that Microsoft is hurting. Tonight I tried to get our Xbox 360 problem of two months fixed. The rep was not helpful at all and disconnected me almost without warning. All I can say is hello Sony PlayStation! 8-)

I think a similar statement could be made for most large companies. Especially tech companies.
It seems that once they have a customer's money, they really don't care about the customer's satisfaction.
I remember when Windows 8 came out, most people I'd talked to absolutely hated it. I doubt Microsoft even
bothered to test it with anyone other than their own developers before releasing it to the public.

Your best bet to fix anything is probably to Google it and do it yourself. It may not be the easiest, but it seems to work better.

Well Microsoft should be happy that I'm a procrastinator or I would have bought a Sony PlayStation, which I have not. Microsoft fixed the problem within a few days of my previous post. Sorry for my delay in posting my update.
