I do not have access to that information, I only help manage the forum. You might be the only paid chart member in Europe, again I can not say for sure though. I have saw other sites in Europe before which might have been users with the free limited-chart access. Although, I have no way of knowing if they were not located in the U.S. and just set their location on the map in Europe.
