Hi Harlan and all, I'm having some technical difficulties w/my internet, causing my monitor to stop uploading to NETC. Hopefully, I'll get this resolved soon. Have noted elevated NETC rad readings on the West Coast over the past 12 hrs. or so. Last night I was seeing Turlock readings fluctuating from about 26-34 CPMs, when I normally see range 16-22 CPMs, avg. 20 or so. Looks like the West Coast is getting hit again.
