Nuclear Plant Shutdowns Reported Less

I have recently been seeing that the nuclear plant shutdown/outages are being reported less by the media.
  If/when the NRC stops allowing the public to view online the current 24 hour US reactor status page, we will be clueless when they turn on or shut off without having someone within eye sight of the plants/towers telling us if there is steam coming from them._________________ MY OUTSIDE RADIATION MONITORING STATION: South Beloit, Illinois - GMC200 Outside on HEPA air purifier, ground level, facing West. http://netc.com/chart/view.php?n=1%3AEB5A139C |

I first posted that link in May of 2013 on this forum for everyone to see but sadly not everyone that visits this site read all the great information I have already put in the Nuclear 101 section.
