EPA Florida Gamma Station - Whats Up!

I really would like to know the background information on this EPA gamma station.
What is the reason for readings in one range for 6 years straight to abruptly change so much? Radnet shows the same behavior across all Gamma ranges. I have made the following inquiry to the EPA using the 'Contact us' link at Radnet.
