My Mazur 9000 shows an average of 36cpm...indoors....my hepa filters for my AC always show high cpm when I change them around 300 cpm, but I think that is due to static possibly....if they sit for a couple of days it goes away...maybe Radon not sure?....
Have not noticed a higher count average in about 6 months overall with my Mazur on my desk...I remember seeing much higher a year ago...mybe that was from the WIP plant...
I also own a Mazur 9000 as part of my geiger counter collection. I get higher readings in my basement vs. upstairs which I believe is due to radon levels.
