Unhealthy Air Quality Readings Near San Juan Puerto Rico

Here is a screen shot I just took from the EPA's AirNow website showing what they consider unhealthy air quality in Catano Puerto Rico which is only 24 minutes away from San Juan. I have not yet been able to find any news article that explain the cause.
