Japan is on RADCON 4 alert now !!!,, does anyone have any information why ?

PS - I think this is my first post here on NETC.com. Still finding my way around (when I have time!!). Keep up the great work!

The Radcon-4 at the bottom of Japan is stations from the 2500+ stations that Netc.com has recorded in its database. This radiation was pickup from Taiwan islands which went to Radcon-4 first and then the radiation moved north to the bottom of Japan.
I wish Netc.com had stations in Taiwan, Korea, and China to verify where the radiation is coming from, it may not be Japan all the time. Remember the volcano in southern Japan, last year.
