 N.O.R.M. does not equal Normal

So apparently, if the post Fucashima levels are ubiquitously 26.5 times what they were, that becomes the new normal.

That statement is wrong, so the rest of your information is faulty. "new normal" is not correct, it should say " new NORM (Natural Occurring Radioactive Material)". This is not my choice of words, it comes from the scientists that created the acronym. I am trying to think of a better acronym to use so people will not think NORM = normal.
