Very interesting data, thanks for the share but unless I missed it, can you add the model of geiger counter that you used for the counts? Looking at your counts I assume it is a pancake GM tube type? Thanks for caring/sharing!

It would be interesting to see what the death and disease rates are on airline pilots and flight attendants; this is a lot of radiation to be exposed to day after day. I wonder how much is due to altitude and how much is courtesy of Fuku and Di(ichi)?
It's amazing that people expose themselves to this voluntarily, no matter what the pay.

I think the TSA agents might be getting more running the naked body scanners all day.

The gieger counter was an Inspector Alert and it was inside a plastic bag.
I was pretty bummed to be flying into Dallas in the month of Feb and then flying just past WIPP. Who knows what the alpha count was. Also, I read that planes bring in 50% of the air from outside and not all planes have hepa filters.
Have a look at the San Jose to Detroit flight. Levels are worse! Pilots and flight personnel must be inhaling a fair amount of chemtrail and rads, not to mention the rads going through the plane anyway.

I want to point out to people/newbies that the reason you mentioned about not knowing the alpha count was because the geiger counter (although a pancake GM tube that detects alpha radiation) was in a plastic bag to protect it and as a result no alpha would be detected. I also would have used a plastic bag, when checking background radiation levels through a hepa air filter the alpha counts really show up but not too much any other way. I doubt that I would take any of my pancake type GM tube detectors because those pancake GM tube can easily be damaged from the change in cabin pressure. Glad to see your unit seemed to make the trip safe and thanks again for the share.

I did not know changing air pressure could damage the tube. Been lucky, I guess! Y'all are welcome.

small question...
Isn't the pressurized cabin of an aircraft to keep the oxygen & air pressure the same?

Thanks for sharing the info and posting it here for the duration. I suspect it will be useful down the line. I'd love to see more such documentation from others as well. We need to begin to build more data bases of info. This is startling stuff! Thanks again.
