I noticed that you "hey" posted some interesting remarks concerning the fact that the east coast's radiation levels seem to have risen much higher than the west coast. I have noticed that something other than Fukushima is involved here. Also Spokane, and Tucson have really high readings and they are going up even higher. I know that some of the high readings in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico are probably mostly from the bomb testing of the forties and fifties but it would seem that something else might be causing the rise? I am curious though about what is going on in Spokane, any ideas? I look at the readings of Tucson and wonder why it is so high in Tucson compared to the west coast? I don't think it is just radon or Fukushima either.

While the West Coast is downwind of Fukushima, the East Coast is downwind of WIPP, Hanford and all our venting nuclear plants not to mention redistributed fallout from wild fires.
