Oh yea, that's interesting that they would report it, but the smoke is very noticeable so I guess someone had to say something...
...no mention of potential health effects from these particles that are so small (and obviously radioactive) that they get deep into your lungs and never come out. Just don't be smoking tobacco at the park or anything, that would be baaaad for someone sitting beside you.

Should be against the law to stop reporting like this when we need the data now more than ever...
One could imagine that it's so there is no recorded evidence of these events...
...could also be that they don't want to clean the entire station(s) afterward.
