Error messages not withstanding, the link you were using was to register for Chart Member access on the forum, which I can confirm you HAVE done (and it's actually granted access to both of your accounts). That link has NOTHING to do with registering a monitoring site, it is only a link to set up your Chart Member access. The only way to register a site is to use the menu item from within winapp itself, and if you are already logged in, it will just say that you are now registered (or, it will allow you to unregister). There's a seperate menu item that opens the page for setting the location. You can also reach site management by going to https://www.netc.com/u/ (it may ask for your usename and password). It can only list a site that is registered to the account you logged in as.

Ok, I see what's happening now, I think: Your site IS registered. However, you cannot set a location until your site starts sending data, and it hasn't sent any data yet.
Is the winapp seeing anything from your Geiger counter?

Hm, well SOMETHING is going on, because the winapp isn't sending anything to the server, except for you using the Registration and Set my Location links. Is it possible that you have Javascript disabled in the Internet Explorer on your computer? It should be posting the cpm data to our website once per minute. I'm not seeing that traffic at all. It might be best if we could remote into your computer and take a look at what is (and isn't) happening. You ever used TeamViewer? Also, you can try doing the Factory Reset the GMC-320 procedure: https://www.netc.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=738(It also involves setting the Baud rate of the GMC-320 to match the winapp) If everything is working, you should see the current CPM in the main window of the winapp, as well as a line chart showing the past few hours of data.

Yes, I do. Now you should be able to go to https://www.netc.com/u/ and set the location of your site. I can see it listed in the master list now.
